Rep. Mike Levin’s Statement on the Passing of California Senator Dianne Feinstein
Washington, DC – Rep. Mike Levin (CA-49) today released the following statement in response to the passing of California Senator Dianne Feinstein.
“I want to send my deepest condolences to the Senator’s daughter Katherine, as well as all her family, friends, and loved ones. She was a dedicated public servant to California, a giant in the Senate, and a true trailblazer.
“When I first joined Congress, I had the chance to sit down at length with Senator Feinstein. She was extraordinarily generous and kind. We discussed our shared college memories as proud Stanford and Coro Foundation alums, and she shared her advice on serving the people of our great state.
“Senator Feinstein leaves an incredible legacy that will inspire women across the country and sets the gold standard for public service.
“Her memory is a blessing, and she will be missed dearly.”
