Congressional Art Competition 2026
Each spring, the U.S. House of Representatives sponsors the Congressional Art Competition to honor talented young artists from across the country. Rep. Levin encourages students attending high school in California’s 49th Congressional District to submit their original artwork for a chance to win cash prizes and have their art displayed in the Oceanside Museum of Art and the United States Capitol!
