Art Competition
Each spring, the U.S. House of Representatives sponsors the Congressional Art Competition to honor talented young artists from across the country. Rep. Levin encourages students attending high school in California’s 49th Congressional District to participate so we can showcase our best young artists from North County San Diego and South Orange County. Young artists in CA-49 high schools can now submit their original artwork for a chance to win cash prizes and have their art displayed in the Oceanside Museum of Art and the United States Capitol!

If you would like your artwork to be considered for the 2023 Congressional Art Competition, please call our Oceanside (760-599-5000) or Dana Point (949-281-2449) offices for instructions on how to enter or email CA49.ART@mail.house.gov.
We look forward to hearing from you!
