Rep. Mike Levin Honors Oceanside Community Volunteer Rose Teding as Constituent of the Month
Oceanside, CA – Today, U.S. Representative Mike Levin (D-CA) announced that Rose Teding, a longtime resident of Oceanside, is his May Constituent of the Month.
As President of the Woman’s Club of Oceanside, Rose Teding has been donating more than half of her time in a volunteer capacity to the Oceanside community for years. Rose oversees a large volunteer team that facilitates community service programs, engages in civic outreach, advocates for children, helps individuals experiencing homelessness, supports domestic and sexual assault victims, and more. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Woman’s Club of Oceanside still organized and found a way to safely serve the community.
To celebrate Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month, Rep. Levin is proud to recognize the remarkable work Rose is doing to contribute to Oceanside and to this unique and beautiful district.

“Madam Speaker, it is my great honor to recognize Oceanside resident Rose Teding as my May Constituent of the Month. Rose has dedicated countless hours to various community service projects to help the Oceanside community and has inspired many others to join in her efforts.
“As President of the Woman’s Club of Oceanside, Rose Teding has been donating more than half of her time in a volunteer capacity to the Oceanside community for years. Representative Levin’s Constituent of the Month program recognizes outstanding North County San Diego and South Orange County Residents who have gone above and beyond to help their neighbors, give back to their community, and represent the best of our country.
